Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) closed several roads in Gravenhurst on Wednesday evening when a member of the public said they believed someone had pointed a gun towards the street from an apartment at Bay Street and Muskoka Road South.

Police later determined a teenager was playing with an imitation gun rather than a real weapon.

The teen and his family were cooperative, according to police, and roads were reopened after the investigation.
