During her most recent real estate transaction, Adele knew exactly what she wanted… the Rocky Statue.

Last year the singer purchased a massive Hollywood Mansion from Sylvester Stallone, insisting that the rocky statue adorning the pool stay.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Stallone admitted he would have liked to have kept it, but the sculpture was a deal breaker.

"She said, 'That's gonna blow the whole deal,' She wanted the statue."

Adele ultimately won out and scored the 3.6-acre property in Beverly Park for a cool $58 million, Rocky statue and all.

That was a huge price slash from the original listing price of $110 million.

Although soon after getting the property, she promptly gutted the beautiful home, including removing the top floor!

But Rocky is still on the edge of the massive pool, pumping his fists over the Hollywood Hills.

Stallone doesn't have an issue with the remodel, saying, "I like what she's doing; she's making it gorgeous."

Wow, so she essentially paid $58 million for a statue.

TMZ has published before and after photos, which you can see here.
