Aerosmith has cancelled all their remaining shows for the year, saying Steven Tyler's vocal injury is worse than initially thought.

The frontman hurt his vocal cords on September 9 during a New York performance and suffered a fractured larynx and vocal cord damage.

Tyler was ordered on vocal rest for thirty days, but the damage was worse than expected, and they've cancelled their 2023 shows.

In a social media post, Tyler said…

"I am heartbroken to not be out there with Aerosmith, my brothers and the incredible Black Crowes, rocking with the best fans in the world. I promise we will be back as soon as we can!" - Love, Steven.

Tickets for the shows are being refunded, and performances will be rescheduled for sometime in 2024.
