OPP: Sudden death in Alliston under investigation

Nottawasaga OPP are investigating the sudden death of a person in Alliston, New Tecumseth on Friday.

Police responded to a report of an unresponsive person just before 11 a.m. on April 22. Paramedics and New Tecumseth Fire were on scene.

OPP say the person was pronounced deceased – their identification is being withheld at this time as the investigation continues.

Investigators would like to assure the public that there is no concern for public safety.
