The 16 nominees have been announced for this year's induction into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
The nominees include seven returning and nine new artists. Among them, The Doobie Brothers, Nine Inch Nails, and the rather head-scratching Notorious B.I.G. To be eligible for nomination, artists must have released their first album or single at least 25 years ago.
