
A home invasion on McCann Crescent in Bradford left one person injured, according to South Simcoe Police.
Around 1:45 Friday afternoon, police received a report of a home invasion. An occupant of the home reported three suspects forced their way into the residence, and two of the suspects were armed with handguns. Once inside, police say a one suspect assaulted an occupant by striking them in the face.

The suspects fled in a grey Honda Civic with Ontario licence plate CTKS 382, which had been reported stolen in Toronto on Tuesday
The suspects are described as males wearing black clothing and balaclavas.
Officers have obtained video footage from the surrounding area and have released images of the suspects and stolen vehicle in an appeal to the public for information.
The occupant who was assaulted was transported to hospital for assessment, treated, and released.
Two other occupants were not injured.
Police believe the incident was isolated, and there is no ongoing risk to public safety.
Residents in the area of McCann Crescent, Vipond Way, and Belfry Drive in Bradford can expect to see an increased police presence.
Police are asking anyone with information or who may have surveillance camera or dash cam footage from Feb. 13, in the area of McCann Crescent, Vipond Way, or Belfry Drive at approximately 1:45 p.m. to contact them.
