OPP issue arrest warrant regarding assault in Huntsville

An arrest warrant has been issued for a serious assault that occurred in the Town of Huntsville.

On October 24, 2023, at approximately 3:15 a.m., the Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call from a 32-year-old male who had been the victim of an assault on Susan Street in Huntsville. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

An arrest warrant has now been issued for Kyle BALL, age 36 of Huntsville on Criminal Code charges of:

  • Aggravated Assault
  • Assault with a Weapon
  • Uttering Threats - Cause death or bodily harm
  • Mischief - Destroys or damages property

BALL is described as white, 5'3" (160 cm) and 125 lbs (57 kg).

BALL is known to frequent the Huntsville and Almaguin Highlands areas. While the accused is not considered an imminent public safety risk, he is known to carry weapons. If you see this individual, call police immediately. Do not approach.
