A 26-year-old man of no fixed address is facing a bunch of charges after South Simcoe Police arrested him less than six hours apart.
Police say they responded on Christmas Eve Sunday around 11 p.m. to a report of a theft from a vehicle in the area of Holland Street West and Collings Avenue in Bradford.
A suspect was nabbed nearby.
He was charged with trespassing at night, theft under $5,000 from a vehicle, and not complying with a probation order.
The man was released with a future court date, and was arrested again around 4:30 a.m. on Christmas Day Monday.
Police allege he was driving a stolen car "erratically" in the area of Yonge Street and Innisfil Beach Road in Innisfil.
As a result, the accused was charged with dangerous operation, impaired driving, vehicle theft, possession of property obtained by crime, and drug possession.
Following his second arrest, he was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
