City police told Barrie 360 that a crash this morning is under investigation and "is of a criminal nature."
They received a call just after 8:30 for a single-vehicle collision at Veterans Drive and Commerce Park Drive.
The vehicle struck the curb, according to a communications spokesperson, and came to rest up against wires to a hydro pole.
No word on injuries or charges.
