UPDATE
Barrie police continue their investigation into a collision that involved a recycling truck striking the garage of a home on Benson Drive near Cloughley Drive, in the city's north end.
First responders were alerted about the collision around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police said the garage sustained significant damage. A building inspector attended the scene. Hydro crews disconnected power and gas to the residence. A family and their pet were temporarily displaced as a result of the incident. No injuries were reported.

A Barrie Fire Department spokesperson told Barrie 360 that there were no injuries after a recycling truck struck the garage of a home on Benson Drive in the city's north end.
A picture posted to social media shows the truck in the driveway with the cab inside the garage.
The call about the incident came in around 1 p.m. Wednesday.
