The Barrie Police Service is working with the City of Barrie to access to the City’s traffic management camera system as a resource for police investigations and active emergencies. This access will compliment the existing CCTV infrastructure operated by the Barrie Police.
A Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) was completed to ensure that any privacy concerns related to this change in access were acknowledged and addressed.
