Stunt driving charge laid after Barrie man caught more than double the speed limit

Barrie Police charged a 23-year-old man with stunt driving and speeding after they say he was caught passing vehicles at more than double the speed limit on Essa Road.

Police say the Barrie driver was clocked at 104 km/h in a posted 50 zone south of Ardagh Road.

The man's licence was suspended for 30 days and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
