Bradford West Gwillimbury is getting some sprucing up.
This week’s council meeting saw the approval of a face lift to Bradford’s municipal courthouse and treasury. The renovations include some accessibility features, new interlocking paving stones, a fresh coat of paint, and some new lighting. Much of the costs will be covered by provincial grant.
Bradford’s council also gave the thumbs up to four downtown community improvement plan applications, meaning the grant money will help cover the costs of restoration, renovation or improvement to four local businesses, either to improve things or set up shop altogether.
