Sent handmade card to South Simcoe Police

A Bradford girl has sent a handmade card to South Simcoe Police apologizing for calling 911.

The girl placed the call after an argument with her mother.

The 9-1-1 operator explained to the girl that 911 is only for emergencies when immediate action is required.
