Bradford men arrested in Combined Forces drug roundup

Cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, opium confiscated

Two Bradford men are among 16 people charged in a Combined Forces drug investigation called Project OSWARDTAIL.

The investigation, which began a year ago, focused on various criminal groups operating within the GTA.

During the investigation, more than 35 kilograms of cocaine, five kilograms of fentanyl, heroin, opium, 30 kilograms of an unidentified white powder, over $200,000 in cash, 275 cartons of illegal cigarettes and three vehicles modified with hidden compartments were seized as evidence.

Criminal activity involved the importation, exportation and distribution of cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, opium and ketamine.

The accused from Bradford, ages 27 and 32, have been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.
