A Bradford man was given a prison term of five years on Monday for an impaired driving crash involving an ATV that killed a 22 year-old-Bradford man and injured a 20-year old female.
South Simcoe Police say on Sept. 23, 2020, just before 5 a.m., they responded to a report of an ATV collision.
24-year-old Tyler Hun Pang was charged with six criminal offences.
Earlier this month, Hun Pang pleaded guilty to two of the six charges – impaired driving causing death and impaired driving causing bodily harm.
As part of his sentence, he is prohibited from driving for seven years upon release from prison.
