Huronia West OPP say they arrested and charged two people following a series of break-and-enters at a Wasaga Beach business.

On Nov. 4, 2022, police responded to a report of a break-and-enter and theft at the business on Marlwood Avenue. Officers say surveillance footage showed two suspects "unlawfully" on the premises on Oct. 28.

On Nov. 20, OPP say they responded to another call at the same business - the same pair were caught on video again and identified by police.

Two Wasaga Beach individuals in their mid-40s face the following charges:

  • Break, enter and committing
  • Theft under $5,000 (X2)
  • Mischief (X2)
  • Motor vehicle theft
  • Break and enter with intent

Police say one of the accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Barrie court on Wednesday, while the other was released and is set to be in Collingwood court on March 21.
