Carlos Santana is recovering after collapsing on stage due to dehydration and heat exhaustion.
The legendary guitarist was performing in Clarkson Michigan on Tuesday night when he collapsed mid concert. Reports say medical personnel quickly attended to him, and he waved to the crowd as he was wheeled off stage.
The 74-year-old is recovering and thanked fans for their concern on Facebook.
“Just taking it easy. Forgot to eat and drink water so I dehydrated and passed out.”
Last December Santana underwent a heart procedure leading to the cancellation of shows at his Las Vegas residency.
