Charges laid in Tiny Township robbery

Three people – two from Toronto, one from York Region – have been charged in a robbery last Feb. 18 in Tiny Township.

OPP were called to a home on Moreau Parkway late that night.

A suspect vehicle was stopped later, using a spiked belt, on Highway 400 near Forbes Road.

The suspects fled but were arrested a short time later.

A quantity of stolen goods was recovered.

Charges include armed robbery, pointing a firearm, flight from police, and dangerous operation of a vehicle.
