Twelve years after a very public falling out, Charlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre have made amends and will work together on a new television series for Max.
Sheen starred in Lorre's very successful show "Two and a Half Men" from 2003-2011 until Sheen was fired for his erratic behaviour due to substance abuse.
During this time, Sheen famously declared how he was "winning" and told the world he had tiger blood and Adonis DNA. At one point, he made controversial remarks about Lorre.
The feud ended a long working relationship they shared, but have since put the past behind them.
Sheen will star in Lorre's first comedy series for Max called " How to Be a Bookie."
According to Deadline, the show stars comedian Sebastian Maniscalco as a veteran bookie whose life is turned upside down after sports gambling becomes legalized.
Sheen will have a recurring role.
Over the years, both parties have regretted how things played out between them.
In an interview with Yahoo! Entertainment in 2021, Sheen said, "There were 55 different ways for me to handle that situation, and I chose number 56. I think the growth for me post-meltdown or melt forward or melt somewhere — however you want to label it has to start with absolute ownership of my role in all of it, and it was desperately juvenile."
In a past interview with ET, Lorre said "How could I not wish things had worked out differently with Charlie? It broke my heart; it was a horrible ending to what was an incredible run with that show( Two and a Half Men)
