A commercial fire in Collingwood is now under the microscope.

Police say a storage shed went up in flames around 3 a.m. Monday on Sandford Fleming Drive. New surveillance footage has raised eyebrows—and suspicions.

The fire initially appeared to have started in a storage shed in the northeast corner of the property, and early assessments did not point to any foul play.

The Collingwood OPP Crime Unit is actively pursuing leads and continuing the investigation. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
