Composite sketches released following early January attempted sexual assault in Midland

Police hope images will jog some memories

The OPP have released some composite images in the hopes they can help find an attempted sexual assault suspect.

A woman was jogging along an unlit path at Little Lake Park in Midland on the evening of Tuesday, January 14th, when she said she was knocked down by a suspect who attempted to sexually assault her. The woman was able to free herself from the assailant.

Police say the suspect wore a large puffy coat, and had a large wound on the back of his right hand. Police hold out hope a witness who was walking two medium-sized dogs at the park around the time of the incident will get in touch.
