A Huronia West OPP officer spent a good part of Thursday evening writing up tickets and calling tow trucks to haul away vehicles.
The officer stopped three motorists for stunt driving in a six-hour span, and one of those drivers was clocked travelling more than twice the speed limit.
Shortly before 6 p.m., the officer stopped a vehicle in Clearview Township that was clocked doing 131 km/hr in an 80 km/hr zone. A 41-year-old Bradford man was charged.
Then around 8:30 p.m., the same officer pulled over a vehicle that was captured doing 169 km/hr in an 80 km/hr zone. The 26-year-old male driver from Stayner was charged.

Just before midnight, this same officer was patrolling Highway 26 in Springwater, when yet another vehicle was pulled over for stunt driving. This vehicle was clocked at 131 km/hr in an 80-zone. A 47-year-old Collingwood man was charged.
All three drivers received an immediate 30-day driver's licence suspension and their vehicles were impounded for 14 days.
