COVID-19 cases in Ontario top 400 for a third straight day

Health officials report 412 new cases of COVID-19 in the province. This is the third straight day the figure has topped 400.

There are 25,040 confirmed cases of the virus in Ontario, including 2,048 deaths.

27 more deaths were added to the tally in the last 24 hours.

The 412 new cases is lower than 441 reported Friday morning, which was a two-week high.

The number of resolved COVID-19 cases continues to outpace active cases in Ontario with 19,146 recoveries, which works out to 76 per cent.
