COVID booster shots available to more Ontarians today

Eligible Ontarians 18 and older can book an appointment

The next phase of the provincial plan to stop the spread of COVID has begun.

Anyone 18 years of age and older can book a booster shot, if their second shot was at least three months ago.

Appointments can be booked at COVID-19 Vaccination Portal or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.

Some, but not all drug stores are doing walk-ins, but don’t just show up expecting that to be the case.

The government website also offers a list of locations and how to go about setting up an appointment

More than 4,000 new cases of COVID were reported Sunday in Ontario, the biggest daily increase since mid-April.
