People on the dating scene are looking for more than good looks and similar tastes in movies.

A new dating app, "Score," requires users to have a credit score of at least 675 to join.

The app and website are the creation of Neon Money Club who, say
"Financial wellness often takes a backseat. 'Score' aims to elevate the discussion around financial health, which has remained stagnant for decades."

It's not all about the numbers, though. Once a user is approved based on their credit score, other users can't see each other's number.

Matches won't be made on people who have similar scores but in other similar interests.

For example, a person with a 700 score could be matched with someone with a score of 850(which is perfect), But you're guaranteed the person will have a score of at least 675.

If users are denied access to the app, the Neon Money Club will offer resources to improve their credit scores and financial literacy.

If you are worried that your score will be affected by applying, the creators say not to worry.

The site runs a soft credit check on prospective members, which doesn't impact your rating.
