Dozing Driver Facing DUI Charges
Callers Reported Man Sleeping behind The Wheel
Reports of a sleeping beauty in Springwater have lead to charges against a Barrie man.
Says here the OPP were called to Black Creek Trail near Snow Valley Rd aorund 6:00 Tuesday morning, with reports of a vehicle running while the driver was fast asleep behind the wheel.
Police say it was quickly determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol and was taken back to the station house for processing. A 48-year-old man has been charged.
