Ontario Provincial Police are searching for two vehicles in connection with an alleged drive-by shooting in Springwater Township.
Shortly after midnight on Sunday, police responded to a report of a drive-by shooting at a home on Rainbow Valley Road. There were no injuries.
Police say around 11:20 on Saturday night, two vehicles were reportedly parked on Rainbow Valley Road and then travelled westbound towards County Road 27. One vehicle is a dark red SUV that is missing a side-view mirror, possibly a Mazda from 2017-2024. The other vehicle is described as a full-size SUV, possibly grey in colour.
OPP is asking anyone in the area of Rainbow Valley Road between Baseline Road and County Road 27 to check, save, and secure any potential video evidence from devices at their homes between October 12, 2024, at 11:00 p.m. and October 13, 2024, at 3:00 a.m.

Police believe the shooting to be an isolated incident.
