
Three people were assisted from the wreckage of a single-vehicle crash in New Tecumseth after provincial police responded around 2 a.m. Sunday to a report of a collision on the 14th Line.
When officers got to the scene, they found a vehicle overturned in a steep ditch.
Once the occupants were removed from the vehicle, police said two passengers were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries and then released.
A 23-year-old man from New Tecumseth was charged with impaired driving and operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
His driver's licence has been suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused has a court date in January.
