It's the donut I don't think we asked for, but we are getting back the Dutchie for a limited time!

It's part of Tim Horton's 60th anniversary celebration.

The square donut with raisins and a glaze topping was one of the first the coffee chain offered when it opened its doors in 1964.

It was discontinued in the early 2000s but returned briefly in 2017 for Canada's 150th anniversary.

The chain took it off the menu due to low popularity but claims they have been inundated with requests to bring it back.

Tim Hortons says they plan to bring back a few other past menu pastries but are keeping it under wraps for now. You can grab your Dutchie on January 10.
