Our Meditation for Daily Life series provides practical advice on how everyone can learn to meditate.
For beginners it will offer guidelines on how to begin a daily meditation practice.
This series will also allow those with previous experience develop and deepen their existing practice.
We will learn meditations to relax body and mind and achieve inner peace and mental clarity.
Through this experience, we will develop an inner resilience in the face of life’s challenges and a kind and patient attitude towards others.
