National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Every child matters. On the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, we invite you to join us for a journey of self-reflection.  Begin by honoring the survivors of residential schools in a solemn ceremony.  As we observe this day of contemplation and remembrance, our historical interpreters will shift their focus towards the journey of truth and reconciliation, fostering opportunities for genuine listening and learning.  In the spirit of education and awareness, we encourage you to engage with Indigenous speakers and cultural specialists, as we collectively navigate the path to truth and reconciliation. Free for everyone on this special day.
