Registration and Set-up: 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Divisional Judging*: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 29, 2025
Students should be at their projects ready for judging by 8:50 AM.
Special Award Judging:
 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Public Viewing:
 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Lunch Break:
 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Magic Show (Optional)
: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Awards Ceremony:
 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Removal of Exhibits:
 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Canada Wide Team Meeting: 5:00-6:00 p.m.

*Please note that parents may NOT be in the exhibit area during divisional judging but are responsible for their children at all times. Parents are welcome in the chairs in front of the stage or in the center area of the foyer.
