Ontario Provincial Police say a G2 driver learned a "hard lesson' early in his driving career.
Provincial police say the teen was pulled over for speeding, clocked travelling 144 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on County Road 27 in Springwater Township.
He was charged with stunt driving, resulting in a 14-day vehicle impoundment and a 30-day suspension of their driver's licence.
"Let this be a reminder to all drivers, especially new ones: Speeding puts lives at risk, drive responsibly," police said in a post to social media.
