Barrie firefighters made quick work of a garage fire on Sovereigns Gate, in the area of Big Bay Point Road and Prince William Way on Sunday afternoon.
A fire department spokesman says the call came in around 3:30 p.m.
The residents of the home were able to get out safely.
The cause of the fire and damage total is unknown.
