Previous Story:
Dunlop Street in Barrie is closed between Mary Street and Maple Avenue due to a gas leak in the area, Barrie police say.
Peter Leon, communications coordinator with the Barrie Police Service, told Barrie 360 drivers are asked to stay away from the area.
He says the incident is related to the construction project along that stretch of Dunlop, and the closure is a precaution.
The City of Barrie says all buses are not going into the downtown terminal.
"Supervisors are working with transit users and drivers to service the area of Ross or Collier Streets," officials said in a release.
They say to use MyRide or ask a supervisor in a fluorescent vest to help find your bus.
