Bracebridge OPP charged the driver of an ATV after emergency crews were dispatched to a collision Saturday in Gravenhurst.

At 10:30 a.m. Saturday, OPP, Muskoka EMS, and the Gravenhurst Fire all responded to an ATV collision near Highway 11 South in Gravenhurst.

When they arrived, bystanders had already lifted the vehicle off the operator after witnesses say it rolled down a ditch. The driver was brought to hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.

After OPP conducted an investigation into the collision, they charged a 27-year-old man with impaired driving and over 80.

He will appear in court in Bracebridge in early September.
