Gussapolooza Film Contest
As if the festival itself wasn't enough, Gussapolooza is thrilled to announce its Creators Convention and Film Contest!
Filmmakers hold a crucial role in capturing the essence of musical artists. Through live performance videos, music videos, and interviews they captivate audiences and memorialize and create expression. That's why Gussapolooza is extending an invitation to all filmmakers, encouraging them to participate actively in the contest and immortalize the spirit of this extraordinary event.

Valerie Robson, one of the main organizers of the festival, expressed her excitement about the Creators Convention and Film Contest. Film Contest Details
Filmmakers must register at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Registration is free and while you must purchase a day or weekend pass, you'll receive a full refund once you submit your video.
Submissions are due no later than Saturday, September 23 and winners will be announced on October 3. Gussapolooza's panel of special guest judges will select 3 winners from each category, which includes:
- Best Live Performance Video (up to 6 minutes long)
- Best Artist Interview (no length restrictions)
- Best Promo Video (30 seconds to 5 minutes long)
Registrants are welcome to submit one or more videos to each category.
Prizes will include cash, VIP Weekend Passes to Gussapolooza 2024, features on websites, social and press releases, and more.
