Pulp donated by Ripe helps feed a hundred animals per week at Wishing Well Animal Sanctuary in Bradford. Wishing Well rely on donations and volunteers. Caretaker Richard Dodd says what Ripe does for them is incredibly important.
Happy as a pig in pulp
"Every day we try and feed the animals fresh veggies, so Ripe delivering all of that fresh pulp is absolutely huge for us."

When Meghan Muise and Lindsay Haley created Ripe, they did so with community in mind. "We try to be environmentally conscious in everything we do, and we have so much pulp it was a simple solution for us," says Muise.
"When we started Ripe is very important to us that we gave back, had no waste, and were eco-friendly."
The two built Ripe with people, pets and the earth in mind. "It's why we use glass bottles and not plastic. We put a huge amount of resources into sustainability," says Haley.
Wishing Well hold tours on the last Saturday of each month. October 13th is its 7th Anniversary and Fabulous Fall Festival. You can check out the Sanctuary while also taking in music and a cruelty free fashion show.
