A Florida woman says she was "Tricked" by Reese's peanut butter cup treat, and now she's suing for $5 million.

She's suing Hershey's company for "misleading" candy packaging after she said her peanut butter pumpkin didn't have a happy face like the one on the package.

She's filed a class action lawsuit against the candy maker, alleging "misleading" candy packaging, saying she and other consumers purchased the products based on "false and deceptive advertising."

According to reports, she says the candy was supposed to have "explicit carved out artistic designs," but there were no such carvings in the actual products."
