The name Karen has garnered a negative connotation in the last several years, often used to describe a difficult person.
As a former customer service rep, I think kindness is usually the best way to deal with issues, but sometimes you have to pull out the big guns.
In this case, it's "A Karen."
The company has received over 2 000 requests for help since launching in the spring.
