A virgin’s lit the black flame, and the Sanderson sisters are coming back in time for Halloween.
Disney says “Hocus Pocus 2” will be released this September, bringing back the trio of Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy as the infamous Sanderson Witches.
Doug Jones also returns as zombie Billy Butcherson.
Most details have been kept secret, but a recent video shows the sisters performing Elton John’s “The B!t*h Is Back.”
The original 1993 film follows Max, Dani, and Allison, who accidentally bring back the witches by lighting the black flame.
With the help of Binx, a young boy cursed to be in a cat’s body, they try catching the sisters before they steal the soul of Salem’s children.
The movie was an instant classic and has even gained in popularity in the last several years.
