Newly constructed homes go up in flames in Bradford, fire deemed suspicious

A fire that tore through a pair of homes in a new subdivision in Bradford is being treated as suspicious, according to South Simcoe Police.

Firefighters and police were alerted around 11:15 Monday night about a structure fire at a construction site in the area of County Road 27 and Highway 88.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity, people or vehicles in the area to contact Detective Constable Bellamy at jason.bellamy@southsimcoepolice.ca, or 905-775-3311 ext 1072.
