- Traditional Fun: Try candle dipping, roast bannock over open fires, hunt for artefacts in a family scavenger hunt, or play pumpkin tic-tac-toe.
- Cultural Experiences: Sample the famous Three Sisters soup, sip mint tea straight from the gardens, play traditional First Nations games, and watch historical demonstrations.
- Dining Experiences: Relax in the on-site beer garden, grab hot apple cider at the snack bar, enjoy a casual meal in the dining room, or reserve a three-course Thanksgiving-style dinner featuring turkey and all the fixings.
“It’s the perfect chance to make new memories with friends and family while celebrating the joys of autumn.”
Stan Cho, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming
Hearth to Table: Dine like it’s 1648
On Saturday, October 11, a special edition of Hearth to Table will take place. This harvest-themed evening feast is inspired by 17th-century cuisine.
Guests will enjoy dishes like turkey ragout, pumpkin pottage, and spiced apple tourte in a chapel transformed with seasonal foliage. This experience already sold out for 2025, but it’s worth keeping on your radar for next year.
