1. Wheels Of Hope Needs Volunteers

We have a call for help from the Canadian Cancer Society. They are in urgent need of drivers for its Wheels of Hope service.

These are the people who help get cancer patient to and from their appointments when they have no other means of travel.  Will Konken gets the details from Mark Kahan, the Wheels of Hope recruitment coordinator…

2. Comedian Vanessa Smythe Brings Her Show To Barrie
She is part stand-up comic, part poet, and she's coming to Talk Is Free Theatre in April. Vanessa Smythe: telling stories about everyday life and some of the curve balls it can throw at you.

She's a busy lady, but our MJ was able to track her down and nail her down for a few minutes to talk about the show and her career.

4. Camphill Foundation Canada

Some people make a big deal out of how they help the community and help the world be a better place.

Others do it quietly.

That would be the case with Camphill Foundation Canada, which works with adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
