Man charged after reported indecent act at Tiny Township beach

A man has been charged after Ontario Provincial Police responded around 7 p.m. last Saturday to a public beach in Tiny Township regarding a report of an indecent act.

Police say that an investigation identified a suspect who was pulled over around 10:50 Friday morning while driving on County Road 6 in Tiny Township.

He was charged with two counts of indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age.

The accused was held for a bail hearing.

As well, police say the suspect was also charged in relation to the traffic stop with driving a vehicle without a licence, driving a vehicle without a permit, failing to have an insurance card, and having a licence plate not plainly visible.
