There’s still time to taste some amazing sweet and savoury whiskey infused dishes at Whiskylicious in Collingwood, which runs until February 12th.

What’s on

Saturday, February 9th from 7PM-9PM
Whiskylicious at Alpine Ski Club includes cocktail making and food from our Men with Knives kitchen and live music from the Dust Jackets.

Sunday February 10th from 2PM–5PM
The inaugural Whisky Walk happens downtown Sunday afternoon. A guide from the Collingwood Whisky distillery will lead groups throughout the historic downtown core as they sample food and whisky pairings

Tuesday February 12th 6PM-9PM
3rd Annual Collingwood Whiskylicious Bartender Competition. Sample the creations from the areas best bartenders.

Who’s Serving What?

Try the Collingwood Whisky Short Rib Taco at Bent Taco. Azzurra has a Maple Whisky glazed pork chop with roasted root vegetable risotto. Tesoro Restaurant is serving Collingwood Whisky Braised Italian Beef Stew with Puff Pastry. In the mood for some wings? The popular Beaver and Bulldog Sports Pub and Wingery has some amazing Collingwood BBQ Wings.
