Suspect sought after home break-and-enter in Innisfil

Police say the suspect stayed inside the residence for several hours

The South Simcoe Police Service is seeking the public's help to identify a suspect in a residential break-and-enter investigation in Innisfil.

On Saturday, Feb 18, around 1:00 a.m., a male suspect broke into a home in the area of Innisfil Beach Road and Yonge Street.

Police say no one was home at the time.

According to them, the suspect stayed inside the residence for several hours before leaving on foot.  

Officers are releasing security camera images in an effort to identify the man.
