James Stergios of Innisfil won $125,000 in the August 31, 2024 Lottario draw. His ticket is one of two that split the $250,000 jackpot.

James is celebrating his first big win after playing the lottery with OLG for 45 years. Choosing his own Lottario numbers has led him to the OLG Price Centre to pick up his windfall.

"It was morning when I decided to check my tickets on the OLG app. When I got to this Lottario ticket, I thought the message said I had won $1.25. I did a double take and saw that I had actually won $125,000. I was pleasantly surprised! The feeling was different from anything I had ever experienced before."

The winning ticket was purchased at Gateway Casinos Innisfil on 5th Side Road in Innisfil.
