The Town of Innisfil is hosting public open houses to present the Transit Master Plan project and give community members the opportunity to help shape the future of transit in Innisfil.

In-person, drop-in open houses are scheduled from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on:

  • Tuesday, January 14 at the Cookstown Community Hall – 20 Church Street
  • Thursday, January 16 at the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library’s Lakeshore Branch – 967 Innisfil Beach Road

To accommodate community members who are unable to attend, an additional virtual open house is scheduled for Tuesday, January 21, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Interested community members are required to register online.

During the open houses, participants can expect to:

  • Connect with Town staff and the consulting team regarding transit in Innisfil
  • Give their opinion on the existing transit system, Innisfil Transit, offered in partnership with Uber
  • Share their ideas and opinions on how transit in Innisfil can evolve in the future

Light refreshments will be available during the in-person sessions.
